Refund policy

We are happy to offer refunds for "Web-shop Exclusives" up to 14 days from ordering. Please provide receipt or proof of payment with date to initiate refund process.

We cannot offer refunds or returns for any made to order or preorder purchases. All sales of these categories are final.

Returns of "Web-shop Exclusives" are only accepted if item is returned in the same condition it was delivered in (unused and containing all packaging contents)
